The H.O.P.E Property Investment Group, LLC is a real estate redevelopment company. H.O.P.E is an acronym. It stands for Helping Ordinary People Emerge. Our primary business model is to purchase, renovate and sell two to four-unit buildings to first-time home buyers. Our mission is twofold.

1. Address the affordable housing crisis by selling two to four-unit buildings to first-time home buyers at attainable prices.

2. Reduce the wealth and income gap in minority communities by strategically purchasing and re-selling small multifamily buildings.
